Entering Call Cards from your mobile phone

Call Cards can now be entered from your mobile phone:

Here’s what you need to do:

FIRST: Send a message to helpdesk@besser.com to get your password for call cards on your mobile phone.

If you’re reading this email from your phone:

Click on the link below and it will launch a website that looks similar to the first screen shot below

From your phone open a browse ( Safari, etc.) and enter connect.besser.com/calllogs

Enter your email address in the field: “ Your Epicor User Email” and the password provided from helpdesk or myself, and you will be directed to the screen that appears in second screen shot, to search for a customer name/ id.

Continue on and enter call card information in the following screens.
